At Nohah Studio Ltd, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. UK Shipping

We currently offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities - where not integrated at the time of checkout. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

4. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High order volumes
  • Circumstances outside our control

We are not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@nohahstudio.com

We may require up to 10 business days from the expected delivery date before a parcel can be considered lost and investigated with the courier.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused or returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping or return fees from the refund amount.
